- The build fee is once, for designing and building the site. Half when we start, half when it goes live.
- The monthly starts when the site goes live and covers hosting, domain renewal, security, backups, your business email, support and small changes.
- The monthly runs on a 12-month minimum, then 30 days' notice to cancel.
- Larger changes, extra pages or new features are quoted separately before any work starts.
- Delivery times are working days, counted from the day the deposit lands and you've sent your content. Waiting on you, or on a third party, pauses the clock.
- Your business email forwards to an inbox you already have, at no extra cost. A full mailbox you can send from is around EC$25/month, billed on top.
- On the shop plan, card and PayPal fees are taken by the payment provider out of each sale — roughly 3% — and are yours, not part of the monthly.
How a build runs

You send me your things
Menu or price list, photos you already have, logo if you've got one, opening hours. A photo of a printed menu is fine — I'll type it up. The delivery clock starts here.
I build it and send you a link
A real working site, not a picture of one. You click through it on your own phone and tell me what to change. Two rounds of changes included.
It goes live, and I show you the controls
Domain pointed, Google listing up, and a short session where I show you how to change a price or add a dish yourself.

Before you message me.
Why two payments?
They pay for different things. The build fee covers designing and building the site — that's work done once. The monthly covers keeping it alive after that: hosting, the domain, security, backups, your business email, and me fixing or changing things when you need it. A site with nobody maintaining it goes stale or goes offline, so the monthly is what keeps it working.
Do I own the site?
Yes. You paid for it to be built, so it's yours — the domain is registered in your name and the files belong to you. The monthly is a service, not rent on the site. If you ever stop, you can take everything with you and host it elsewhere.
Can I cancel the monthly?
It runs on a 12-month minimum, then you can stop any time with 30 days' notice. No cancellation fee. If you stop, I'll hand over your files and domain so you can move them wherever you like.
When does the monthly start?
The day the site goes live, not the day we start building. You're never paying for a site that isn't up yet.
What’s the business email, exactly?
An address on your own domain — orders@yourbusiness.com instead of a Gmail. Included in every plan, it forwards straight into the inbox you already use, so there’s nothing new to check and nothing extra to pay. If you want a full mailbox you can also send from, that’s about EC$25/month on top and I’ll set it up.
What counts as a "small change"?
Anything that takes me under 30 minutes: a new price, changed hours, a swapped photo, a dish added to the menu, a new staff member. You get up to 30 minutes a month. Bigger jobs — a whole new page, a new feature, a redesign — I quote separately before doing anything.
I don't have good photos. Is that a problem?
No. I can build with what you have and swap photos in later, or add the half-day photo session for EC$350 and shoot the place properly.
Can customers pay on the site?
Yes — card, PayPal or local bank transfer, set up through your business account. That’s already in the shop and booking package, or an EC$600 add-on to the smaller plans. The payment provider takes its own cut of each sale, around 3%, straight out of the transaction — that goes to them, not to me, and it isn’t part of your monthly.
Will it show up on Google?
The site is built so Google can read it, and on the business plan and up I set up your Google Business listing with hours, photos and directions. Ranking above established competitors takes a few months of real reviews, not a trick.
What does "3 working days" actually mean?
Working days, not calendar days, and the clock starts the day two things have happened: your deposit has landed and you’ve sent me your content — menu or price list, photos, logo, opening hours. If I’m waiting on you, or on a third party like a payment provider or a domain transfer, the clock pauses until that clears. You’ll always know where it stands.
How do I pay you?
The build fee is split in two — half when we start, half when the site goes live. The monthly begins at launch and runs from there. Bank transfer, cash or card, and you get a written quote before anything begins.
